(Though, our team is notoriously known to reply within minutes most of the time)

Consultations/ Training: Please book via InfluenCEL Dashboard. The available booking times are shown in your local time zone.

Support by Social Media: Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM AEST to 10 PM AEST. Response time may be up to 4 hours, though usually, we respond within minutes. Please note, Support by Social Media is only for General Queries, Pre-Sale Questions, Status-Check on projects. Technical or Operational Support is only available via CEL-RQ or Booked Consultation. The consultation fee will be applicable as per your project contract, which varies from fixed number of monthly free sessions, additional discounted sessions, and fully paid sessions.
