As of August 13, 2022, I stepped down as the CEO of INTENT!ONAL.
It is time for me to re-focus on ‘WHY’ I started what I started and ‘WHAT’ I can do to be more INTENT!ONAL than I have ever been to perform my duties as the Principal Strategist in the team, and Member of Board of Directors, while someone else leads the organization.
I have genuinely enjoyed my years as the Co-Founder and CEO, leading the INTENT!ONAL team with pride and joy. There are so many memories to celebrate, endless lessons to be grateful for. However, in the last few months, I have constantly felt the need to take a step back from leading and be more hands-on with my role as the Principal Strategist, while still delivering my duties as one of the visionary members of the Board. While it has been fun operating in distinct roles, I now wish to focus on specific aspects of my skills that can truly add more value to what I bring to the table, as a team member.
- Focus on taking the product we offer further to the next level
- Explore growth areas for constantly improving client experience
- Narrow our niche to more specific demographic
- and more.
On the personal front, I will be focusing a ton more on –
- Personal Fitness, something I have always been passionate about
- Finish writing the two books that have been long overdue
- Go back to Technical and Skills Training that I enjoyed the most.
- I miss teaching – period!
- Return to Dancing, Acting and Writing – needed so much
- Learn to play guitar and flute, as I always wanted
- And more than that the time will reveal as it happens.
I cannot claim to be the ‘Get It Right, Get It Done’ INTENTION Strategist, if I don’t act on my own INTENTIONS and strategically Make It Happen for myself, can I?
Hence, I officially step down from the role of CEO and will focus entirely on my INTENTION Strategy work and other creative plans I have for work and life.
Congratulations to the new CEO (who that is, will be announced soon by INTENT!ONAL)
Thank you everyone at INTENT!ONAL Team – there isn’t a person in the entire team who I am not grateful for. Every one of you has been a family hence aptly nick-named, TEAMily. Special thanks to Santosh, Sue, Eddie and Sunny for being everything I needed in terms of advice, reality-check, challenge, inspiration and most importantly solidarity, as a CEO leading an incredibly unique work-culture.
All team members as well, you have been my rock and inspiration.
Keep being the formidable magicians you are.
