2020 & 2021 sure have given us all a very interesting nudge, one we took very seriously. We saw it as a SIIN (err. Sign!) to get more INTENTIONAL!
Without a doubt there have been hurdles, changes, adjustments, adaptation and some disappointments too. However, we took notes, observed everything very Met…iculously to understand how can we serve our network bigger, better, bolder even in this rapidly changing landscape.
