Just under 3 hours ago, I started operating on THIS schedule after the #DayLightShittings Ended.

Until Late 2019 I followed schedules like this for almost all of my life since the age of 14, when I had come up with a similar schedule and ‘informed’ the family that this is how I am going to operate.
.
This has served me well all my life because structure during the week helps me accomplish my decisions effectively, and I use the weekends as a reward for making myself proud.
.
Between 2019 to 2022, I allowed my boundaries to be broken.
YIKES it was.
Late 2022, I started reclaiming those boundaries and I followed similar schedule between November 2022 until 31st March (with exceptions of Personal illness, Accident, Family Emergency and Travels).

It may seem hectic but for me it is all about routine, structure, and boundaries. And I allow myself 10 minutes break after every 45-50 minutes. I do not like being sedentary for long stretches of time. It is not just who I am.

I am sharing this because I do not know who it might help, and how, – AND – I want you to remember, different things will work for different people.
